International Customer service and relationship management (ICSRM) is a term that refers to professional practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth. The systems are designed to compile information on customers across different channels or points of contact between the customer and the company which could include the company’s website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, marketing materials and social media.

CERTIFICATION

In regard to standard in Customer’s Service and Relationship Management Professional, to earn a Professional Certificate for this course, you need to earn more than 50% of possible points on Assignments and Examination to obtain a passing grade. Assessments are worth 15% of your total score, while assignments and Examination are worth 85%.

Learners are eligible to receive a Professional Certification and a Graduate Membership Certification from the Institute after successfully fulfilling the Assessment and Examination requirement
