CERTIFIED HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT ( C-HSE 2 )

The Certified Health, Safety and Environment (CHSE-2) program is a globally aligned intermediate-level professional course designed to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to identify hazards, assess risks, implement safety controls, and promote environmental sustainability in workplaces.

This course builds on foundational HSE concepts and introduces intermediate-level competencies used in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and government workplaces. Participants will gain essential skills in safety planning, incident prevention, emergency response, workplace inspections, first aid basics, environmental protection, and compliance with national and international HSE regulations.

By completing this training, learners become competent and employable safety professionals, ready for career growth in high-demand sectors.

🎯 Course Objective

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify workplace hazards and evaluate associated risks.

Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks.

Apply OSHA, ISO 45001, and other global safety standards.

Implement incident prevention strategies and root-cause analysis (RCA).

Respond effectively to emergencies and safety threats.

Apply environmental management principles for pollution control.

 Admission Requirements

This course is open to a wide range of learners:

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC, ND, NCE, HND, or BSc

No prior experience in HSE required

Basic understanding of English

Interest in workplace safety and compliance

Access to a smartphone or laptop
