Refund Policy


At the International Capacity Building and Management Development (ICBMD), we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Course Cancellations: If a course is canceled by ICBMD for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Withdrawal Requests: If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must submit a written request to admin@icbmd.com. The eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the timing of the request as follows:
    • Before Course Commencement: If you withdraw at least 14 days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10%.
    • Within the First Week: If you withdraw within the first week of the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
    • After the First Week: No refunds will be granted after the first week of the course.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Registration fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Fees for materials or resources already provided

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, email admin@icbmd.com with your full name, course name, and reason for withdrawal or refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Exceptions

  • Course Transfers: If you are unable to attend a course, you may be eligible to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and approval by ICBMD. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@icbmd.com.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
