Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Course Cancellations: If a course is canceled by ICBMD for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Withdrawal Requests: If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must submit a written request to admin@icbmd.com. The eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the timing of the request as follows:
- Before Course Commencement: If you withdraw at least 14 days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10%.
- Within the First Week: If you withdraw within the first week of the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
- After the First Week: No refunds will be granted after the first week of the course.

Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Request Submission: To request a refund, email admin@icbmd.com with your full name, course name, and reason for withdrawal or refund request.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

Course Transfers: If you are unable to attend a course, you may be eligible to transfer to another course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and approval by ICBMD. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@icbmd.com.
Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
